      - Very open, positive, and encouraging work culture - Realistic expectations and a good work/life balance - Understanding managers that listen to your ideas and are easy to collaborate with - Really great opportunity being involved with a start up and actually making an impact on the company's growth - Amazing benefits! - Opportunity for promotion within the company seems attainable - Continuously doing fun activities/events to keep people excited

      Cons

      - Although it is a huge improvement over other office jobs, it is still an office environment where you are at a desk on a computer most of the day. - No 401k match (yet)

      Pros

      Mission Lane has given me an opportunity to take on ownership and really drive change at the company. I've really enjoyed my time here so far and am proud to work for a company that cares deeply about both its customers & employees.

      Cons

      Working in a start-up environment has its challenges as there is always a lot to do and not nearly enough people to do it. That said, all the work is very rewarding and I feel like I'm making a true impact on the business.

      Great place to learn from some very seasoned and smart talent More opportunity to play an outsize role relative to larger companies Desire to move fast and learn Leadership that cares about culture and the associate

      Growing fast comes with some pain and learning moments Organizations accountabilities could be more clear but I think that comes with growth
