3yThe decision to eliminate some positions was a very painful one – and one that we did not take lightly. After many hours of discussion and debate with our board and investors, we decided that it was the best way to position the company for a strong future, given the current economic environment. We thank every employee – past and present – for their contributions to Mission Lane over the years and have offered benefits including a severance offer with compensation, benefits coverage through the length of their severance period, prorated individual incentive, and assistance in equity vesting or exercise schedules, dependent on tenure to anyone impacted by this decision.
