-PTO policy was good and holiday days were decent -weekly company sync -encourage diversity and inclusion -competitive salary -original mission was good

Cons

-had 2 round of layoffs in 2023 -Poor management and leadership direction of the company -health benefits were not great -management tend to do favoritism -feedback were not taken into account even though we were asked -no culture anymore since layoffs -they are clearly trying to prep the company to sell like their previous company LendUp -no real management training or goal setting for employees

- worked with extremely talented individuals who are passionate about the companies mission. -great pay, benefits+ work from home

Cons

- poor decisions from leadership have led to two waves of layoffs. - lack of transparency with regards to the overall financial health of the company. - regardless of the amazing work done by my team, I couldn’t help but feel like I was on a sinking ship due to decisions that led to layoffs.
