      Pros

      The job itself is easy, if the software works. It’s a startup, so sometimes there aren’t answers for the questions you may have. Leadership is great, and the company does a great job pulling the team together in a remote setting. Culture within is excellent, the job itself can be stressful. There are many ways in which mission lane puts their employees first for tough situations in a way that other companies of the same magnitude do not. Overall, not a bad gig!
