      I really enjoyed working here great people lots of effort put into culture. Fair compensation. Great work life balance

      They answer to VCs and sometimes need to make profit focused decisions.

      Pros

      Many of the people you work with are really nice and easy to work with. There seems to be a general feeling of everyone being on the same team and trying to accomplish the same goals. It's also a family-friendly place with flexibility around working hours. Being a remote place, it's setup for people to collaborate without needing to be standing next to one another.

      Cons

      Layoffs are the biggest con. The company had two rounds in 2023, losing quite a lot of people. I get the reasons for it, but there was a lack of transparency from leadership and it made things more difficult.
