      Great Culture (before layoffs)

      Before the multiple rounds of layoffs, Mission Lane was a great place to work (still is a solid place to work and hopefully returns to greatness once economic headwinds are reduced) - Really understand how to do remote work right - Great people, great culture, fun and engaging colleagues - Stakeholders are easy to work with - Does truly care about making a difference to the customers

      Cons

      - Direction from leadership wasn't always clear - It seemed like there were shakeups every 6 months, even before layoffs - Layoffs impacted culture and capacity to execute on great product ideas

      Great and passionate leaders that want to do good things and make the business successful. The economy unfortunately has led to some challenging time, but I think they are on the right path to be successful.

      Sometimes top line goals are too aggressive or there are too many to go after with the staff and systems we have.
