      work from home option is nice

      Cons

      No longer a start up, but still doesn't have defined processes, leadership is removed and unaware of day to day, no guidance in roles, responsibilities and performance. HR useless and does not care about people.

      There is great energy at Mission Lane! Everyone wants to be a part of building something great and there is a lot of great teamwork. Our employees provide incredible customer service and really care about the cardholders. The culture is unique and we work hard, but we also have a lot of fun.

      Pros

      There is great energy at Mission Lane! Everyone wants to be a part of building something great and there is a lot of great teamwork. Our employees provide incredible customer service and really care about the cardholders. The culture is unique and we work hard, but we also have a lot of fun. I've lacked confidence and trust in the leadership team at other companies I've worked for, but not here - I'm very impressed with the leadership team.

      Cons

      We are still building out teams and there are lots of changes, but that is also very exciting!
