Ability to take time off when needed

Cons

No reimbursement for additional schooling for office personnel. Very rarely did office personnel have back up for their work. If you took time off you came back to a desk full of work because no one else was trained.

Pros

You can start with the company without any experience. Starting pay is above average. You can get you OJT. In different NDT Inspection fields. The more methods of Inspection you pass and achieve Level 2 status will reflect your pay scale. Lot of room for advancement.

Cons

If you work in a Lab that is on a clients site - like a refinery— you are limited to working only @ that site. No travel or per-diem. You may get some overtime- this mainly when there are Shutdowns & if you are able to work on the shutdowns.

None exist. Oppressive atmosphere constantly.

Cons

They rip you off. York, Pa lab is known for this. They have lost a lot of good staff.
