Cleveland office is fantastic.

The Cleveland office is quiet, but every employee is friendly and willing to lend a hand when needed. Managers are fair and understanding. Great place to work.

Cons

If you are a social butterfly this may not be the office for you due to the quiet nature of most of the employees. Don't let thatvdeter you, though.

Family Oriented. Flexible attire. I have learned a lot and have been giving opportunity to grown within the department. Starting pay is nice and good benefits.

Cons

Unless you with the "in crowd " you have a hard time being respected and appreciate. Getting a yearly raise doesn't usually happen.

Only work four hours on Fridays, Relaxed dress on Friday's, Decent benefits.

Cons

0 Communication! Management is no where to be found as they are either family or no where to be found when issues arise. Ability to work from home, although the frown upon it.
