Steady work for me. Probably the easiest job I've ever had, physically.

Cons

You get stuck in a position and can't get hours or training for another method. And they give all the turnaround work to out the travelers. Management doesn't call you back unless they want something. You can earn company achievement awards but that wont be reflected by your pay.
