4-10s Co-Workers Paid Uniforms Overtime Safety Culture Contract Site Manager really understands workers and tries his best to find solutions. Company does raffles and feeds employees during the holidays.

Cons

Not a set rate. They have a ground rate, shop time, and rope rate. Insurance is high. Unable to expense boots.

Management advances people that do average work but hangs out with them in personal lives. Chevron management has them hire their children as favors.
