      1. Easy to move up 2. Compensation 3. All expenses paid training and professional development 4. Great co-workers if you end up in the right place 5. Set rotational schedule 6. Recommendations and suggested improvements taken seriously

      Cons

      1. Some people could care less about the job and just want a paycheck. If you’re a good employee, you’re expected to pick up their slack with them having little to no repercussion for their poor work ethic. 2. Leading off of #1 the work can become physically demanding fast making up for others poor performance.

      Great pay for the roll though you are expected to be more than just a rope access supervisor

      Cons

      Training and learning are available but it really is more about who you end up working with or else a lot of the learning will have to happen on your own.
