Good Job Security and the work is very interesting with opportunity to travel. Lots of customer contact at all levels in the company.

micromanagement lack of feeback to employees ERP system is terrible product stocking and delivery issues brown nosing is the way to stay in company hard work is not rewarded, and subjected to whim of management
