      Pros

      It used to be a good company with decent benefits. The old management was engaged with the workers and the whole atmosphere was like a family business.

      Cons

      The new management only cares about money and revenue. No merit increase for the last 3 years. They cut off the matching 401K contributions while the directors kept their bonuses. Promotions are only for bottom kissers and not based on qualifications. A lot of good people left the company.
