      Pros

      Great place to learn and build your resume. Very interesting work and they have top notch engineers and scientists.

      Cons

      They pay well below average salary. Many people leave because of the poor wages and there is absolutely zero room for advancement. They ask a lot of their engineers but are not willing to compensate them for it. It is not a place to stay at long term.

      NDT work is very interesting and I enjoyed the work.

      Cons

      Company does not care about employees, hard to advance, no bonuses or incentives for being such a large corporation.

      1) Management does not seem to care for well-being and career progression of their directs (and their reports) 2) Pay/annual increases are minimal 3) Sick Days & Time Off are too few 4) Employee recognition and appreciation lacking
