My supervisor and team were amazing. They were hard working and really built confidence in me. When I started before begin acquired by Mistras the company was small which was nice. Enjoyed the flexibility to work from home.

Cons

No pay raises low starting pay Tell employees they need to cut costs but email once a week about a new Executives they hired. No way to make a difference Little communication across teams Outdated tools and equipment Pricey benefits that aren't great no 401K matching No one even knows you're there most of the time No opportunity for growth
