Great opportunities Willing to train Hire with little or no experience Lots of OT- 86hr weeks 3 month turn around

Cons

Needs better structure to certifications OT is required and not option 7-12hr shifts for 3 months- 86hr weeks Moves new hires in between different methods before completion and understanding of others Employees are seen as billable bodies only.

Pros

Great employee resources and opportunities. There was always work and good people to work with. They also allowed me to travel extensively.

Cons

In an industry I don't see as a long-term career because the salary caps out pretty low. I would have liked more opportunities to advance and possibly get out of the field. I had a degree, but was given an opportunity to utilize it through work.

Was employed for over 5 years, would have stayed longer if it were not for management. No room to grow in the office unless you worked in Corporate.
