Great benefits and some people with great ideas.

Cons

Terrible communication, lack of training, corporate micromanagement of local management team. Fear of reprisal and a degraded company culture. Low pay and little respect for their employees. lack of planning and execution on good ideas, and no teamwork or collaboration among departments.
