Pros

-Pay is good. -Pays on time.

Cons

- MMIT will ask you to pay the attorney fee. - Initially at the time of joining they will say two months of bench period. Once you're out of the Project they will say that the bench period is only one moth. After that they will revoke your visa. -They will ask you to put your resume in dice/monster to search for the jobs and let them know. -In my case, I worked for a financial client. At the time of joining they said it is a one year contract. But contract ended with in three months. Even my client manager said the notification was given only three months. -They say that they have a very good client base. Don't believe in that. - Really if they have a good client base, why we have to upload our profile in job portals and search for the jobs. - If you're on H1b it would be a trouble for you.

Thank you for taking the time to review MMI on Glassdoor and thank you for acknowledging that we pay well and on-time. We are sorry to hear that you had some issues. Once an assignment comes to an end, MMI is required by law to cancel the H1 after the last working day of the employee. However, if and when MMI is made aware that an assignment is coming to an end, we have a team dedicated to working to replace the employee on another assignment. In most instances, we are successful in replacing that employee. We do have an extensive list of clients; however, finding a new opportunity can vary based on a number of factors such as location, duration, rate of pay, technology, etc.. If you would like to further discuss your situation, please feel free to reach out to hr@mitchellmartin.com or MMI's Immigration team. Thank you.

Pros

Not pros really to share.

Cons

Environment plays to favorites, new people are really ousted. The environment is a war for your own clients, imagine now that not only are other companies your competitors but your own sales team also attacks your own account because of a rule "you own the hiring manager" not "the company" People easily can manipulate the CEO for their own personal agendas. Fake people. If people do not like you, they will rid of you within 3 months. Body shop. There are some recruiters that are excellent and can do much better in a better company. Work/life is terrible, they would love for you to bang phones all day. The company overall needs a change in all methodologies.

Thank you for your response. We are disappointed to hear that you were (are) not happy working at Mitchell Martin. We are a fast paced, growing, entrepreneurial organization with an established reputation in the staffing industry. Sometimes, new employees come aboard who have developed certain habits from working at other staffing agencies where they are not accustomed to working in an environment that requires agility, tenacity and a focus on providing the best customer service to clients, consultants and colleagues. Our culture, as described throughout the interview and hire process, is a “work hard, play hard” environment. As for the rule “you own the hiring manager”, we implemented that policy to better serve our employees since we work with some very large clients; this structure, allows salespeople to go after different departments and divisions based on their experiences and niches. We highly encourage you to speak with your manager or the President regarding your concerns.

Pros

Like all companies, there are good people here. Industry demand is still quite strong. You can use your experience here to go somewhere else with stronger leadership and be very successful.

Cons

The company will not grow in the manner it should until the owner disengages from day to day activities. He is all over the place.
