Pros

I have been a contract programmer for 30+ years. Mitchell Martin is a pleasure to work with. I did NOT need to take my usual defensive position when working with Mitchell Martin. They did not try to get me to reduce my rate. Pay is every two weeks and on time. They do NOT hold back money and use my pay money to fund their operations. They worked with me to get the assignment. I was not just a warm body they needed to make their numbers.

Cons

I have not experienced any problems working with them.

Cheap benefits, exposure to clients where you can work internally and Presidents Day off.

Cons

MMI is a paper factory- our resumes are our product. You will not be successful here. Very difficult to make good money. Favoritism plays a major role in success.

Pros

Great place for self motivated recruiters who don't want to be micromanaged. Enough leadership to help guide you, but not prohibit you. Good training program for newcomers with no experience in the biz. Great client list with regional and national companies. Solid commission plan.

Cons

Medical benefits could be better. Would be nice to see more opportunities to advance into leadership roles inside the company.
