Mature organization that sets expectations and gives employees enough leash

Pros

Mitchell Martin is very good about setting goals and expectations of employees. Every colleague I interacted with seemed to understand exactly what their role was driving towards. This becomes challenging as an organization gets larger. I also appreciated that MMI invests heavily in "innovation" which may sound like marketing BS but they recognize to be cutting edge and organization must look for what is going to disrupt them. That is a big differentiator for MMI

Cons

The healthcare plan was a little weaker than I had expected but I think that is more of a sign of the times than a specific critique about MMI. MMI serves as employer of record for a few companies and in some cases they do not operate in the way that MMI does.

1) Best Salary in the Industry. 2) Good benefits 3) Paid vacation 4) No hassle in Visa/GC process. 5) Big clients ensures good income. 6) Proffesional yet helpful account managers and HR. 7) Quick response to queries.
