      Pros

      Great opportunity to make an impact on the company's trajectory and to develop your career. Fast growth means help is needed all over, and you can go where you're needed if there's interest in or outside of your team. Access to leadership is available.

      Cons

      Not really a con, but it's your typical start-up - be prepared to grind!

      Pros

      Great team. Everyone is smart, intense, works hard, and does right by each other. Great mission, happy customers. Very intentional leadership team.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is not a huge priority here (hard to take PTO). Benefits are good, not great.

      This is a place where you can truly grow your career. We're transforming an essential industry, backed by tier 1 investors and have a differentiated product. Given that, we're in a phase of hyper-growth and the leadership team is completely invested in helping you develop and move up with the company. You get a huge amount of ownership over your work from day one, and there’s a great team culture where everyone supports each other to help you succeed. It’s also awesome to work on a product that’s genuinely different and truly what contractors have been looking for as the industry shifts to the cloud. Knowing that our mission is to improve how the world around us gets built gives you a feeling that you're making a real, lasting impact that will matter for generations to come.

      Cons

      This isn't so much a "con" as it is a reminder that Miter is a blue chip startup in hyper-growth mode. There’s a ton of positive change happening all the time which can feel fast-paced. If you thrive on being challenged and adapting to a dynamic environment, you’ll love it here. However, if you prefer a predictable, steady pace, this might be a big adjustment to consider.
