      Pros

      I really enjoy working here! The engineering work itself is interesting, impactful to users, and we're given a good amount of agency with regards to what to work on and how we work. Coworkers are kind, helpful, and very capable!

      Cons

      Not a whole lot! The work is fast-paced, so there will be times where you need to put in more than 40 hours/week, but it's definitely not every week.

      Miter has been a great decision. The work is meaningful and rewarding, and I’m constantly impressed by the caliber of the team and the impact we’re making. This is one of those rare companies you hope to land at in your career. The leadership team genuinely cares about their people and their customers—not just their own ideas or decisions. The culture is built on trust, ownership, and collaboration, and it shows in how we work together every day.

      Like any fast-growing startup, things move quickly and priorities shift often. That can be exciting for some, but it may feel overwhelming if you prefer a slower pace or highly structured environment.
