      -Really awesome product that is a huge need and value add for the customer base we sell into - Strong leadership with valuable experience building out similar sized companies from 0-100

      Cons

      Usual growing pains in terms of creating a sales process- but has grown so much in my time here, and moving in the right direction

      Pros

      Miter is a company leading the charge delivering payroll, HR and time solutions that are specifically built for the construction industry. This is a product that is in demand by a vast majority of construction companies, who are often mired in old, disconnected systems. The Miter team works collaboratively at all levels, to develop, position, deliver and service their clients. Great opportunity to have high levels of success in selling, high earnings and satisfaction in knowing you are making a differnece.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment and the ability to manage multiple processes required. Technical proficiency needed in demonstrating solutions. Knowledge of construction will provide a lever up as you will be working with the leaders of construction firms (C-Suite, VP, and the like).

      Pros

      - Great company culture - show up and work hard, surround yourself with people that care... you are treated like an adult. - be on top of your work and there is a good work-life balance - for a company that is 50% remote, it is surprising and refreshing the effort leadership takes to encourage getting to know your coworkers and building culture (company outings, happy hours, offsites, engaging all-hands etc.) -The Grind is worth it! - Getting to be a part of a fast moving, ambitious, and healthy company in the earlier stages that IS going somewhere.

      Cons

      - It is a start that is trying its best! ... The onboarding may need a little WD-40 hear and there, but we are improving - Because of the amount of things that require constant attention.. this may not be the best place for someone that needs a lot of hand holding. With that said, if you are a HARD worker good things tend to happen.
