Pros
Unlimited PTO. At least in my department, it's very encouraged to use it. Amazing CEO Complete transparency Total flexibility - they understand that life comes first. If you need time off, you are completely understood. Happy hours, team dinners, GREAT benefits (pet insurance!, get paid to work out!)
Cons
I honestly can't think of one. There are busy times, but that happens at every company. If you can't handle some fast-paced, hard pressed times, then the tech industry isn't for you. You are worked hard, but you are encouraged to learn.
