Pros

Executives take their core values very seriously - Transparency, Ownership, and Continuous Improvement. They don't just mouth these values but really live them everyday. There is a lot of trust at Mitratech. Smart people to work with and true cooperation throughout. I have worked in Austin for more than 16 years and this is the best and most "organizationally healthy" company I have ever encountered.

Cons

Not any Cons. The company could benefit from an equity sharing program of some sort. Being owned by an investment company is great in many ways but getting equity or stock sharing is not one of them. Bonus plans are generous however!
