No growth for Black Americans

Pros

They may at least hire a couple of blacks for something that may seem to be prominent but in actuality they do it to look good for themselves Whitewash Graves is what this company is.

Cons

They spend too much time wasting Company money by having too many meetings and useless activities that does not comply to business. Stop having people that don't know their job in high position to work for the company because he's your friend, therefore you can keep the real workers working. Not firing them because you can't do your jobs

Pros

-Benefits are decent -Lots of products managed by smaller Companies -work flexibility -travel to Japan at will. Yes they love to spend money traveling. -work life balance

Cons

-Slow, slower, slowest. Yup that’s Japanese mentality for you especially when it comes to Mitsubishi Chemical -Even in Japanese corporate world the name Mitsubishi Chemical is laughed upon as an out of touch company, stodgy and stuck with its head in sand -non visionary leadership across all parts of the company. All yes men to Japan HQ. -CEO are basically on their last corporate gig. No motivation, no accountability to mobilize people. -Middle management provides no tools, no money, or people to get the work done. -many group companies that all operate independently in disarray -No strategy, no vision. Don’t know how to grow their business in the markets. -Management doesn’t trust people with making the decisions and not will they empower them or position them for success -worst IT systems of any company around. You operate in the 1990s here
