Pros

I was able to work remotely, and that is about it.

Cons

There was never a clear direction of where management wanted me to go in. It took management 3 months to finally give me a clear job description. I would move in one direction then they would tell me to move in a different direction. Then, they would not like that direction and tell me to go in a similar direction I did before. The expectations were incredibly confusing. I was bullied on more than one occasion telling me I was not doing a good job when there were many instances when I clearly was doing good work based on client feedback and the direction they wanted certain projects to go in. Workloads very from not busy at all to impossible. Just a terrible company to work for. I was also under the notion that I was being discriminated against because of my gender which is awful. Do yourself a favor and skip this company. It will save your sanity!

Pros

Steady employment, ok pay, overtime

Cons

HR is a complete mess. They messed up w2 information and claimed 9 dependents. They charged me double for insurance for 2 months. They sent my discharge paperwork to the wrong address. They refuse to take care of their employees when they get hurt on the job. They make you do office work so that they don't have to report safety issues to OSHA. They claimed I was laid off after I put in a 2 week notice. They cheated unemployment multiple time during the pandemic. Staff was petty and gossiping all the time. Supervisors gossip with hourly staff and other employees personal business. I was demoted once because it was found that I have a learning disability after staff gossiped about it. I was discriminated against by coworkers daily. There was a calendar made counting down the days till I quit by a co worker. Racist comments by the same coworker were made daily. The reason I quit is because in the end I hated going into work to be harassed and I was tired of the company playing games with my money. If you have to work here please continue job hunting and get out as soon as you can!
