Pros
People that work there are very knowledgeable and great to work with.
Cons
Management has great people working for them but won’t give you the time of day. No one receive merit increases for over 5 years, you had to be favorited or kiss up to get promoted and their pay scale is all over the board with no rhyme or reason but it does help to be a male. Best they can/will do is throw a pizza party or draw a gift card and serve you holiday dinners. Don’t be fooled these are just appeasement strategies they teach you in management 101. Stay away unless you are absolutely desperate
