Worked in the creative department and loves having an in house team. Also loved all the free stuff after shoots.

Pros

Small company environment with ability to form close relationships with coworkers and management. Encourages growth from within and promotions.

Cons

The benefits aren't very good. Health insurance is pretty pricy and retirement is only a 1% match after a year. Meh amount of PTO. The company is acquiring small companies quickly and isn't necessarily taking the time to fully integrate the company and scale up operations before acquiring the next one.

A job , to get paid is it!

Cons

they dont care about their employees, will let you go after being there for many years, oh and dont expect to get a raise because you will not, you will just get more work piled on your desk and expect to do that plus more, not worth the headache
