The Newton Iowa location is full of toxic employees. The management staff operate in bullying and making work harder for team members they don't thing deserve respect. Their mentality is low and the HR support offers the same support of bullying behavior. I would never recommend anyone work with this team at Mittera. The floor supervisor Ashley Warnell calls people fat, encouraging others to do the same and spreads rumors about team members. They have little to no training for new team members and are not graceful at all with learning mistakes and would prefer to humiliate you rather to acknowledge the lack of training. The former plant manger was let go for multiple reasons, one of them being he facilitated the toxic bullying workplace, another the plant was close to shutting down due to poor management.

Terrible pay, management and benefits. A culture of finger pointing and blame as well as non existent training.
