Pros
- Everyone is great to work with - the company attracts good energy - Work ebs and flows but most importantly theres no micro managing - Truly global and diverse company - when companies say they are this, it usually falls short in my experience, but every single week we have someone starting from a different country. From the Philippines to Bulgaria, El Salvador, all over the US and Europe, and more! Pretty cool. - Management is understanding and recognizes we are people that experiences real things outside of work. Has a "take care of yourself first" mentality - Teams are small enough that working together is easy
Cons
- Product still needs help. It's growth is moving at a slower speed. There are currently a lot of bugs, which makes it hard to justify expansions with clients and retention rates - Product is not really a passion of mine, but this is more a personal problem - No 401k matching - Unsure of career path and what that looks like here - Still pretty early, series A funding (makes it exciting to think about whats to come though)
