      Pros

      A paycheck every two weeks.

      Cons

      Military style structure, top down. Just shut up and do your job, or else. Corporate management can be verbally abusive at times. You will be over worked and management will keep pushing until you leave. Turnover is constant as there is very little room for advancement, and they don't care. Next !

      Good benefits, great coworkers. Stayed in the role for 5 years and moved to another department when an opportunity presented

      Just like most organizations, senior leadership is out touch with its employees and what the market pays. Great for experience but very little growth potential in department or in role
