The COO has fostered a negative atmosphere, leading to a focus on self-preservation activities among the team. The leadership has engaged in dishonest behaviors and criticism targeted at individuals, without facing repercussions. It is unfortunate to witness the rapid decline of what was once a thriving and engaging workplace, driven by the inadequate leadership of one person.
