Pros

There is usually no overtime. Working hours is 9-5 standard. Business attire is not required- casual dress code( jeans, sneakers)

Cons

Salary is a little bit low comparing to other banks. It is a small company and very limited for advancement

Pros

Great holiday party, I guess. But I think everyone deserves this. It's the very least the company can do for them.

Cons

No life. Work, eat, and then work. I mean, 7:30 to midnight? That's just insane.

Pros

friendly atmosphere, not much overtime work

Cons

The possibility of promotion is quite limited since it's a subsidiary of Mizuho Bank and Japan's banking system places high value on seniority as opposed to meritocracy. lack of industry experts, lack of fresh graduates.
