Small Company that allows employees to rotate into different areas Vacation time is amazing. Directors gets 6 weeks. Director of Operations is accessible and looks out for everyone

Cons

Limited growth. Only Japanese can hold most senior positions. Company only trades a small suite of products so opportunities to learn is limited.

you will never get the sack, being japanese they have a policy to employ you for life. to the culture is keep your head down and pretend you are busy, the lower your head is the less you will be noticed.

Cons

you will sit and rott. its a safe job but a boring job and there is little for development or ambition. because of the safe job policy, there is a lot of dead wood in there which is not helpful for new people.
