Pros

Very great hiring process, the whole process took about 2 weeks from intital interview to the offer. Great teams, super helpful and great experience. Work life balance is also great, Mizuho offers a great hybrid schedule of 5/10 days. Really appreciate the flexibility and the trust they put in their employees.

No Cons, everything went by really smoothly and hiring process was good.

Although it is a Japanese-owned company, it has the culture of a U.S. financial institution and has set very aggressive goals. While it has opportunities to leverage its Japanese customer base to conduct business, it also respects U.S. business practices.
