None. Monthly lunch. Which they make you feel is worth no raise or cost of living

Cons

Low wages, lack of transparency, leadership management team doesn't care about anyone. Lots of broken promises. Are they going bankrupt? Unable to keep costs down but not sure how to spend their money.

Cons

If you want to be rewarded with more work for doing a good job and working along side people that don't know what an excel cell is, this is the place for you. Terribly unprofessional management.
