Terribly understaffed. Hope you like running non-stop, balls to the wall for little pay. The whole county will sometimes have less than a handful ( A LOT less) trucks at any given time. People will die due to MMR not retaining staff and working the staff they have so far into the ground the workers themselves will be pushing daisies soon. From the moment you clock in (heck sometimes even before you have your truck checked in) they will bend you over, rip your pants off and penetrate you for however long your shift is without a lubricant and expect you to take it with a smile. And let’s also address dispatch—- they’re a joke and sit in their nice glass boxes untouchable with no worries at level 0 coverage. A nut less monkey could do a better job then some of the dispatchers.

Extremely lazy coworkers. You can never get time off you need. Horrible scheduling, you can work 9a-9p one day and have to be back again at 5:30a the next day. Pay is a joke, supervisors are hit or miss, most of them are a miss though. No room for advancement. PCR software is the absolute worst I have ever used and 80% of the time you are staying late to do paperwork.
