Hr and recruiting team will speak u nicely to join. Once ur client project is over. They won't attend your call and they won't respect you as well.

Take the offer and use it elsewhere to get a better pay Worst company - will fire you in 1 day notice. Please note hr & recruiting team if you are fooling employees to join your company you will also be fooled by someone. If you can't fullfill your words after hiring first please switch your company.

1. You get only 2-3 chances to interviews with clients and after that you are fired. 2. Really bad environment for bench resources.

Cons

They can fire you at any time with no specific reasons You would be asked to travel anywhere in India if you don't have a project. less pay. With fewer leaves and holidays you would be asked/forced to work on a night shift with no extra.
