On time salary (7th of month). Nothing else I found. I was on onsite, so can't comment on company culture

Cons

- 1 leave per month. If you take n leaves in a month, be ready to get 2 * (n - 1) salary, ie.e taking 5 days leave will take your 8 days salary - They don't care about your dignity - Flat appraisal system, no matter what is your salary. People during my tenure has got flat 10k pm hike irrespective of their current salary or performance ** Many other cons, DONT JOIN **
