-CEO and Management do a great job in getting the job done and ensuring success across the board -Wide development capabilities = Wide and diverse projects from clients -Work on New technologies/Frameworks and give opportunities for developers to add these experiences to there resume -High Profile clients -Team Cares about each other and tries best to be flexible and mindful of each other -People Work Hard to make projects successful -Structured well which leads to repeatable success for projects -Can work in whatever office you would like -Very Flexible as long as work is getting done

Cons

-Could use more developers as company grows every year -Sometimes challenges arise between onshore/offshore teams as you'd expect with any company but the timezone overlap is helpful
