Diversity in projects - ranging from Pharma/Healthcare, Automotive/Logistics, Commercial, IoT,....etc. Fast paced - never boring. I've learned a lot from my peers and management.

Cons

Work/Life balance. I find myself thinking and talking about work all the time. I fall asleep mentally reviewing tomorrow's tasks I need to accomplish.....but that's on me.

Very good opportunities working with many big clients. Impulsive work environment with opportunities to prove your skills in Project Management and Product Delivery. Requires skills that help you manage several projects at the same time.

Cons

Many projects can be overwhelming sometimes but focus helps a lot. Its important to collaborate and share work with colleagues who can help manage the workload.
