Paid fairly for work done, received the necessary training to do the job, freedom to do what it takes to serve the client and exceed their expectations. The full support of management to go outside the box to get the job done.
Cons
Their decision to close the Phoenix location without discussing it with me and see if there were options to adjust the operation that would have allowed the office to remain open to serve the community needs of the local and out-of-state clients that required wheelchair accessible vans for a short (or long-term) rental period.
