Low pay, small raises, not a lot of chance for advancement

Leadership actively practices, passive aggressiveness, and are two faced, meaning they say one thing to you and another thing behind your back. Because I did smile one day I was told I was unprofessional! That’s right I didn’t smile, and so my supervisor actually said my not smiling was a rude manner and disrespectful. Had she known I’ve been sick and showed up for work anyway who would’ve cared if I was smiling I was exceeding expectations in their work, statistics and quality, but my supervisor who met with me only one time during my training on the second visit decided that because I wasn’t a smiler. I didn’t deserve to be on the team. I kid you not I have worked for some really great companies and I cannot believe some of the things this company made me do in order to work for them. They are also overly woke and what I mean is there are over 110 classes that you have to take over your time at MODA on DEI. This seems excessive and a bit cultish if you just want some job or you’re treated like a piece of garbage and paid $19 an hour for to know advance level processes then go for it…. otherwise forget about it this Company is no company to work for if you have any self-respect or dignity. Also, the ability to move up in this company is slim to none.

No company is perfect and each has their own particular flaws. I know Moda Health actively works to consistently work on improving themselves.

The goals aren’t clear and training is really backed up. I went over 2 years being partially trained for my role. There’s like one person training all of dental and she seems unhinged. There’s nobody to ask if you have questions about things. Your boss is constantly in ‘Away’ or ‘Busy’ status on Teams. And there’s no bonuses or incentives, besides not getting fired, Once a year you can email HR a sob story about something bad that happened to you and they’ll decide if the want to give you an extra $500. It’s degrading and weird. The pay is also really low compared to other companies. Glad I no longer work there.
