Some of the people are great , not management

management- owner - the gossip cycle amongst the seasoned staff members just looking to hold onto the job was suffocating and unwarranted - everyone is out for themselves and that is the culture the owner created and management cultivated

There were really no pros here

They set the team up for failure. Overworked, underpaid. No training this literally was the worst company in the world. Treat people like garbage, they lie .They hire people without industry knowledge. They come up with a bonus plan and then they do not pay for on it.
