- Smart people - Interesting product - Good benefits for a small startup

Cons

- Culture is extremely toxic - CEO manages with intimidation and fear - Product roadmap is non-existent, product and design decisions are made with little or no advance analysis

Worst engineering team ever

Pros

There are no pros — you'll face never ending problems that the management are very slow to give action on.

Cons

Code base is difficult to deal with for a Silicon Valley company. Thought it was written by a fifth grader. Software development is so effin slow for startup — worst process there is. Management don't even understand what their software is like behind the scenes — makes engineering team suffer because they did not pay attention to the application health for a very long time.
