Pros

None to note. Sadly. Unless you like being micro managed and under paid & under-appreciated..

Cons

The training was irrelevant ultimately, as was told that “nothing makes sense at this company” by management and to disregard what the couple weeks of training was telling us. Micro management out the butt. Constant criticism (not the constructive kind) about adapting to a process that makes no sense for a higher up manager that has zero clue as to what is going on and has zero empathy or consideration for the fact that it is human beings that are working for them, not some lot of robots. They hound the processors and blame them for everything when none of there other departments all with their hands in your files are the ones causing the delays & complications.

Pros

In my review, I would explicitly state that there are NO PROS to working for Moder.

Cons

I regret to say that my experience with Moder, has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite dedicating my time and effort to the company, they failed to provide me with my full and final settlement even after three long months of waiting. This delay caused undue stress and financial hardship, leaving me in a precarious situation. To add insult to injury, Moder had the audacity to accuse me of damaging a monitor that they provided, withholding a significant portion of my salary as a result. This accusation was baseless and amounted to nothing more than a malicious attempt to avoid their financial obligations. It is clear that they have no regard for the well-being or rights of their employees. Furthermore, the treatment I received from the HR department was appalling. Their utter disregard for employee concerns and rudeness towards staff members only served to exacerbate the toxic work environment that Moder fosters. Despite numerous attempts to address my grievances through emails and follow-ups, I was met with silence and indifference. On top of all that, Moder doesn't let employees take any planned or sick days, even with a medical certificate or in an emergency. It's just not right. In light of my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend Moder to any prospective employees seeking a peaceful and fulfilling career in the IT sector. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for employee welfare, and unjust treatment of staff members make them a company to avoid at all costs. Steer clear of Moder if you value your sanity and well-being.
