Modern Animal has great culture , it’s collaborative and all around focused on employee and patient wellbeing. Working here has genuinely helped me grow both clinically and personally, I started as a technician and quickly grew with support into a shift lead position. I am proud about our focus on fear-free medicine which sets such a great standard for patient care..our leadership team truly encourages us to communicate, stay curious, and always do the right thing. I feel supported by my team and appreciated for the work I do. Our leadership team also listen to feedback and make changes accordingly which lets me know my voice matters.

As an early stage company, it is impressive to see how relentless and focused the team here is on building change for the profession. It's impressive to see how many great foundations are already in place to enable that transformation - whether it's the commitment to an extensive doctor onboarding, expansive medical quality anesthesia protocols and other high quality standards of care, or the ongoing development and coaching culture in the clinics. The leaders in clinic and in the support team realize the success of the company is tied to its people, and they're all doing the hard work of transformation for the profession
