The vets and techs I work with treat each other with respect, and that makes the long days much lighter. Everyone from the front desk to the staff pitches in, so I don’t feel like the lowest rung on a ladder. They take time to explain treatments to me so I can keep learning.

The work days can be a bit tiring sometimes when short-staffed
